About Me

I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. I am also trained as a Family Herbalist through The School of Natural Healing.
I have lived my life with food allergies and know first-hand the difficulties in dealing with allergies, and know the importance of dietary restrictions and food substitutions.
In 2015, I wrote a book titled, LOVE YOUR FOOD AGAIN: Ingredient Substitutions for Allergy-Free Living, where I talk about healthy food substitutions, including recipe ideas.  With my knowledge, we will co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.
